SUBMIssions open

The Awards ceremony returns on Friday 13th September at the Lancashire Cricket Club, Manchester.

Submissions close at 5pm on Monday 3rd June 2024.

The size of your brokerage will not be a deciding factor by the judging panel. Sole traders and larger brokerages will both have equal weighting; we’re looking for the ways in which the role of the broker has been pivotal in helping UK businesses access finance.

Use the 300-word submission to share with the judging panel an honest account of how your brokerage excelled in the last twelve months.

ENTRY CRITERIA

  • Entry to these awards is open to NACFB Members only.

  • NACFB Directors do not submit for the Commercial Broker awards.

  • The judging panel is made up of representatives from independent industry stakeholders. NACFB Patrons will also be invited to vote on the finalist shortlist to select final winners. Winners for each category are awarded based on a combined view of both the submission and Patron voting.

  • Entries can be for any campaigns or initiatives that have taken place between June 2023 and the present day.

  • The final deadline for all entries is 5pm on Monday 3rd June 2024.

  • The winners will be announced at the NACFB Commercial Broker Awards ceremony at the Lancashire Cricket Ground in Manchester on Friday 13th September 2024.

  • A submission may be entered into more than one category, but each entry must be accompanied by an entry form. There is no limit to the number of entries one Member can make but it is strongly recommended that each entry is unique.

  • Judges reserve the right, without prior consent of the entrant, to move entries to different categories if they feel it is more appropriate.

  • The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions.

  • All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made available.

  • Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won, but they must state the year the award was won.
